Hyperscreen Infotainment Displays – Mercedes Revealed a 56-Inch-Long AI Infotainment Screen (TrendHunter.com)

At CES 2021, Mercedes-Benz debuted an artificial intelligence-powered infotainment display that is future-forward. Dubbed the ‘MBUX Hyperscreen,’ the brand announces that this new technology will first appear in its upcoming EQS electric sedan.

In actuality, the infotainment display is compromised out of three separate screens. One is a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, another is a 17.7-inch infotainment screen, and finally, there is a 12.3-inch screen dedicated to someone sitting in the front. This means that drivers and passengers gain access to their own screen.

Artificial intelligence works to adapt the entire infotainment system to the user’s needs and habits. Caran Driver gives an example—” if a driver regularly calls someone at a particular time of day, the system will prompt them to make a call to that person at that given time.”

The system can be individualized for up to seven people.
